Stealth Optronics, Inc. (“Stealth Optronics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your Personal Data when you visit www.stealthoptronics.com (the “Site”) or interact with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

We disclose Personal Data only: * Service Providers (hosting, payment processors, logistics) bound by contracts. * Affiliates following this Policy. * Legal & Compliance – to competent authorities when required. * Business Transfers – merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell Personal Data in the sense defined by CCPA/CPRA.
7 International Transfers
EU/UK/Swiss Users: We rely on DPF certification and, where required, Standard Contractual
Clauses (2021/914/EU) plus Transfer Impact Assessments.
Israeli Users: Transfers outside Israel meet PPL Reg. Transfer §§2-3 (requirements comparable to
Israeli law or data-subject consent).
8 Data Retention
We keep Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., 7 years for U.S. export records).
9 Security
We employ ISO 27001-aligned administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption-intransit/ at-rest, MFA for privileged access, and least-privilege principles.
10 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request: * Access to your data * Correction of inaccurate data * Deletion (“right to be forgotten”) * Portability (machine-readable copy) * Restriction or object to processing * Opt-out of marketing or data sales/sharing * Withdraw consent at any time

11 Independent Recourse & Complaints
- EEA/UK/Swiss Residents: If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory
authority. Under DPF, you may invoke binding arbitration (Annex I). - Israeli Residents: You may file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
12 Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes here and update the “Effective Date”. Material changes will be announced via banner or email where required.
